The Miles to Medford

So these kiddo's are what make the miles the hardest. We miss getting to watch Koen (now 2 1/2) and McKayla (just 27 days old) go through so many firsts! We are so grateful for the time we got to share with them and for the time we got to spend with family.

Beauty in the Sky

On our latest trip to Medford I found myself amazed at the sky... for some reason I feel the sky looks different in Medford. I couldn't help but take some pictures of some of the clouds and sunsets. What a beautiful artist He is!

Medford is in a valley and one of the beautiful things about Medford is the fact that no matter what direction you are heading in you see mountains. We took a quick drive up to a new housing development and took some pictures of the valley from above.

Fall time Fun

The weekend after we returned from Disneyland, we headed off to the pumpkin farm. It was only days until Halloween and we had not yet even shown a hint of Fall in our home. We went to a very small local farm that only opens for pumpkin season. The girls had a great time feeding the chickens, petting the goats, being able to have hands on time with some very tiny chicks, ducklings and a calf.

Syrah likes the BIG pumpkins, but with only days left in the pumpkin world, the selection wasn't great!

Weeks of Celebrations!!

The last few weeks in October are always weeks of fun and celebration in the Jordan house. We celebrate Syrah's Birthday, Sadie's Birthday and then Bill and Theresa celebrate their anniversary. This year we added an extra week of fun by going to Disneyland!! We had a great time and look forward to posting some of the highlights over the weeks to come.
